Salon Policies

The short version. We recommend booking, and we take walk-ins when the chair allows. For balayage and full-color services, please give us 24–48 hours notice. If you need to cancel, 24 hours' notice is the line: a late cancellation is charged 50% of the service, and a same-day cancellation or a no-show is charged the full amount.

Booking your appointment

We recommend booking an appointment, but we are open to walk-ins when availability allows. For balayage and full-color services, please give us 24–48 hours notice. Book online any time or call (561) 331-2463.

Our salon is at 3008 S Dixie Hwy, West Palm Beach, FL 33405. Book online and the confirmation will show the artist, the service and the time we have reserved for you.

Cancellations and no-shows

We require 24 hours notice for cancellations. Late cancellations are charged 50% of the service. Same-day cancellations and no-shows are charged 100%.

Color and correction appointments

If your color has gone unevenly brassy because of boxed dye, previous over-processing, or bands of different tones, that is color correction, not a gloss — and it starts with a consultation so we can plan it properly.

The honest answer is sometimes “you just need a $120 gloss,” and sometimes it is more involved. We will tell you which.
