How do staff verify their hotel?
A hotel badge or an HR letter on the first visit is enough. After that we keep the team member on the program — no card needed.
Is there a minimum number of staff?
No. The program works the same way from one staff member up to an entire property.
What about concierge commissions?
We do not pay per-booking commissions. Instead your concierge team gets priority same-week appointments, a direct line for guest VIP requests, and the ability to make a recommendation they can stand behind.
Can you come to the hotel for events?
Yes, for groups of five or more with two weeks’ notice. Per-stylist day rate available on request. Bridal and editorial shoots are our most common requests.
